Happiness



      Happiness is a state where a person has pleasant and positive emotions and feelings. The sources are different from person to person. Without it, life has no meaning nor purpose. It is very important to know what makes you happy and try to keep it as long as you can.


    Happiness is very complicated for me. I've experienced a lot of things in life that change my thought of happiness every time. I thought money can make one's happy. I thought success can make one's happy. I thought close people can make you happy. But in the end I realized that happiness comes from you and yourself only. Don't base your happiness on things that won't last. Although sometimes friends and people who surround you can fell you with joy and happiness, don't depend on them as a source of your happiness. They might leave one day. And in some possibilities you might end up alone. Therefore, you have to try to make yourself happy. Because, you can leave everyone, you can ignore your work, and you can let go of everything, except yourself. You should understand that you can't give up on yourself. Just know that you are important and so is your happiness. Some people have excuses, but all you can do is make an exception. They should try to consult a doctor before it gets worst. It can be a serious illness, such as: depression, anxiety and phobia as well. Believe it or not! Chocolate can actually make people happy, as it produces serotonin and dopamine hormones. These hormones are responsible of happiness levels and they can make someone feel good, specially dark chocolate.

    In  my point of view, happiness is very important to obtain in ones life. It's what keep you going on. It's what makes you like what you do and appreciate what you have. Not only can happiness make you a hard worker, but also it increase your self esteem. Your brain plays an important role in controlling your happiness. And as they say "a good brain is in a good body". Try to take care of your body and relax once in a while and don't over work yourself. Also try to play sports or practice your hobbies. If you keep on having bad thoughts and you keep on seeing the bad things in life instead of opening your eyes to the beautiful things in life. I grantee that you won't be able to experience happiness. Happiness is accepting what you have and treasuring it. You can be sad if you want to. You can choose to be happy if you want to. It's all your choice trust me. So what do you choose?
